My wife and I are not that young anymore. To keep ourselves feeling and looking young, we have to do the following:

Exercising- our main exercise is walking. I walk Monday to Friday to and from work so that the weekend would be free for us to do something else. Not only that I am saving money on gas, saving the environment from killer air pollution, I am also keeping myself healthy.

Eating Right - what is the use of exercising if you are not eating right. Yes, having a balance diet is the key to extending your life. We have been eating mostly healthy foods. We switched from white rice to brown rice, from white sugar to brown sugar, eating a lot of vegetables and fruits, and drinking a lot of water and green tea. Also, we are trying to avoid a lot of sweets, red meats, and fried foods!

Taking Vitamins - sometimes you can eat a heathy diet but for some reason, your daily intake might not be enough to cover all the vitamins and minerals necessary to promote good health. That is why, we have to also take multi-vitamins to supplement our diet.

Using herbal lotion and cremes - well it is actually my wife who has been doing this. It is safer to your skin to use herbal lotion since there are no harmful chemicals that would irritate her skin. We actually bought a lot of chinese medicine to improve our skin such as anti wrinkle cream, sunscreen, and other facial creme.
