This week was a real milestone for me as I walked to and from work for five days. On top of that, I did some extra walking with my wife on Sunday, Monday, and yesterday. Well, during those three extra walks, my wife and I were actually looking at the house that we like. It is being sold at a very good price and it is in foreclosure. It was in the MLS only for a week and it was pulled out just yesterday.
Anyways, going back to my walking routine really helps me financially. My workplace is only two blocks away and it only takes me seventeen minutes to get there. When I drive, it takes me 12 minutes to get there so wasting gas only saves me five minutes.
Another savings for me is that it is keeping me healthy which reduces getting hospitalized and also lengthening my life. In addition to the exercise, I am also taking supplements such as the multi-vitamin, ginkgo biloba (for memory), vitamin e, and vitamin D. Nope, I am not fat so I don’t need to drink diet pills like Leptovox.
So exercise, eating right, watching games that I enjoy to reduce stress and taking multi-vitamins is the key for a stronger health this year!
