I went to my doctor for my annual physical check-up. Because I still experience back pains, my doctor advised me to continue my stretching exercise otherwise it will haunt me when I am old. My wife and I normally walks five times a week but ever since she started school, we have not adhere to this routine lately. We thought of buying a treadmill or another exercise equipment but we still have not decided on it. My friend has a skiing type walking equipment that they bought at Wal-Mart for $99 and we thought of buying the same thing. Besides, it is already getting dark and it would be kind of dangerous to be walking when it is dark outside. Yes, pretty soon the daylight savings time would be over and it would be dark when I get home at five thiry in the afternoon. So walking at around six o clock will not be a good practice anymore.

Anyways, just like the doctor ordered, I will continue my stretching exercise, heat and cold pack remedies, and walking five times a week.
