We recently visited one of our friend who just moved to a new apartment. They don’t have that much furnitures to move but they do have a lot of other big items such as the refrigerator, mattress, exercise bikes, sofas, television, entertainment center, etc.
The apartment complex is pretty huge with at least 300 units and it is located in a nice area. The advantage to them is that it is also close to work, which means that they would be saving a lot of money with gas and also save time with the commute.
The monthly rent is pretty decent and the gas, water and sewage is free. They only pay the electricity and it costs around $14 per month. What a good deal!!
