Every year, my wife and I travel during our anniversary. We went to Hawaii, Sta. Catalina and Lake Tahoe the past three years to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This year, we are planning on a cruise. We kept looking at different travel agencies and travel discount companies such as Expedia, Travelocity, etc but it seems that the Carnival cruises that we want are all at the same price.

Since I am a member of AAA, we called them and ask for a quote. Voila! we found the cheapest available slot for the cruise that we wanted. The travel agent told us that the price $740 per person for a balcony oceanview room is worth $899 anywhere else. He was right. In fact the $740 in other travel agencies is only good for about 4 decks below-ocean view but with no balcony.

The trip is Carnival Cruise Mexican Riviera for seven days. We would be leaving the port of Long Beach and then go to different stops such as the Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta, and Cabo San Lucas. We have never gone in a cruise before so we are really excited and looking forward for the trip
