After returning from the Philippines, I have been sick ever since. I had flu, fever, body aches and still coughing (dry cough). I have lose my appetite and I believe I am losing weight for not eating. I guess I do not even need to take alli ( a diet pill) to lose weight, since I am losing weight this way. But then again, this is not a good way to lose weight as I feel really sick. I need to start taking my multi-vitamins. Although, I have been drinking a lot of water and juices, I always drink a sports drink because it has a lot of electrolytes to rehydrate my body. My sleeping pattern is still messed up even after this weekend. I still have not recovered my sleep and to top it off, the daylight savings time is over. So I supposed that I should be getting an hour extra sleep but I have not taken advantage of that.

Anyways, my work is already piling up and I need to recover really soon!!
