Two weeks ago, I posted an article about the REO house for sale across our apartment. The sale price history of this house is pretty much reflected with the current real estate market. This past weekend, the agent conducted an open house so it was kind of busy there. The sale price is not listed there but I have checked the price on the realtor’s website. Just two weeks ago, the price was listed at $499,000. Today, I checked the price and it went down by another $25,000- the price is $474,000!!

Not that I don’t have better things to do, but I can see the real estate market trend almost everyday because of this house!!
