I’m going green this week as I am resuming walking to work due to the cold whether. I live close to work that I walk once a week. It only takes me 15 minutes walking. During summertime, it was really hot, that I ended driving because I was sweating when I got to work. In addition, it was really hot when I have to walk back home during lunch time.

Walking is good to my health and environment. It is good for the environment because I am not burning gasoline that would add up to the pollution! I walk 15 minutes each way and if you include my lunch walk, the total for the day would be an hour. Even though it is not a continuous hour, it would still help my blood circulation.
