The reason are: 1. I was not informed on the day I came that they would serve executive member first in early morning. I spoke with Jonathan who recommended me to come at 10 am on the next day. On the next day, Roger (manager) initially was reluctant to start serving me. 2. When I came on the next day, I got un-polite service from Roger (manager). Even he threatened not to start serving me until 10.30 am. It was 10.20 am. 3. Misleading advertisement on the door " no appointment necessary" . I came at 10 am, then Roger asked me to come back at 2 pm. Is it appointment or arrangement or …? When I came back, they ask me if I have appointment. So, we need appointment to buy tire at Costco Costco’s price is around 10 dollars cheaper and it does give after sell services, but this experience makes me reluctant to recommend the Costco tire store to my colleagues /family members.
